Check Connection
Please confirm the Soundbar is connected to Port1.
Verify Device Support
Ensure your TV / monitor / projector supports ARC.
Set Audio Output
Set the display device's audio output to the Soundbar.
Test App Audio
Open a TV app and test if the audio is output to the Soundbar.
Still No Audio?
